About the role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will use your strong technical knowledge to identify the needs of our users, and implement solutions that will impact our product design choices. You will work closely with Game & UI Designers to provide the best possible user experience, and ease the learning curve for anyone trying our product for the first time.

Your day-to-day as a Senior UX Designer

Creating wireframes, documents and user flows in Figma
Leveraging XR capabilities to make the most comfortable and intuitive UX experience
Coordinating with producers, designers, programmers and artists and iterating on the gameplay mechanics and design when necessary
Supporting the project with UX expertise
Effectively documenting and presenting your design to the teams
Gathering feedback from the team to apply to your UX designs
Researching on the latest trends and best practices within UX design
Strong understanding of UX integration pipelines from Figma to in-product

Requirements

3+ years of previous experience in a UX role in the games industry
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
Experience working in both PC & mobile games
Good understanding of IA (Information Architecture)

Good to have

Basic understanding of CSS
