Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well what about the team?

The Digital Onsite Experience & Content team serves as the guardians of our digital platforms. They're responsible for structuring our sites, curating player-facing content, planning future onsite updates, and ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and legal standards. Constantly prioritising the player experience, they collaborate with other teams to refine and innovate onsite experiences.

The Role:

The role will involve working across all our UK Ventures, including brands such as Virgin Games, Bally Casino and Jackpotjoy. There may also be the occasional required support to some of our Spanish brands.

This role is responsible for maintaining all managed edits on the live sites including, but not limited to, creative campaigns, promotions and legal texts.

You will have a close collaboration with various teams across the business including Promotions, CRM, Product Operations, Design, Tech and our support teams but to name a few. You will be part of the Digital Experience & Content team which looks after a number of website areas such as onsite content, promotions, legal pages and more.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Part of a team building, creating, developing and improving websites.
  • Performing routine checks across our websites and device testing on desktop tablet and mobile.
  • Working with the broader Marketing team to plan, update and manage site schedules or changes for product, promotional and brand campaigns.
  • Contributing towards the improvement of site procedures and all relevant supporting tools by working with various development teams across the business.
  • Support the promotions team where required on build of opt in promotions.
  • Fixing site and promotional bugs where possible.
  • Update and own areas of the site including (not exhaustive): T&C’s, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Site Statements.
  • Work with CRM teams to update offer and rewards T&Cs.
  • Work with development teams on tools, bugs and features to enable improvement to some of our CMS and repository tooling.
  • Support and work on projects such as new site launches.
  • Build and creation of landing pages when required
  • Proactively communicating with team members and people across the business to ensure full awareness of current and upcoming projects.
  • Lead and innovate on potential opportunities of site improvements – including investigation, research and testing. This may be independently or working with wider product dev teams.

  • Strong HTML skills (CSS skills desirable).
  • Experience preferred in using CMS-associated tools such as Contentful & Github.
  • Experience monitoring and using data to make decisions.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, with a good sense of ownership.
