Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for IGG's social media targeting channels the Italian market.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Engage with the community to build strong relationships and foster brand loyalty.
2. Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and implementing localized marketing campaigns for the Italian and Spanish markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns to resonate with local audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the IT and ES gaming communities.
3. VIP Player Engagement:
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP players, ensuring personalized communication and exceptional support.
- Organize exclusive events, rewards, and activities tailored to the needs of VIP players.
- Work closely with the customer service and product teams to address VIP concerns and feedback effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Native or fluent in Italian, with strong proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and community building.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
