Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Lead the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans, including opportunity assessments, operating model reviews, and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify new growth avenues and support key decision-making.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans and performance metrics.
Corporate Development & Investments
• Support corporate development initiatives including partnerships, M&A, divestitures, and capital planning.
• Build financial models and conduct valuations to assess deal opportunities and optimize capital deployment.
• Manage end-to-end deal execution processes, including due diligence, structuring, and stakeholder alignment.
Business Performance & Value Creation
• Design and implement operational improvement strategies to drive margin expansion, efficiency, and scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement performance tracking systems, pricing strategies, and scalable business models.
• Provide insight and analytics that support data-driven decision-making and
organizational agility.
Leadership Engagement & Governance
• Prepare and present strategic materials for executive leadership and board-level
audiences.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on strategic priorities and execution milestones.
• Act as a key thought partner to business leaders, balancing strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
Special Initiatives
• Lead strategic initiatives in emerging areas such as digital transformation, organizational restructuring, and new business ventures.
• Navigate ambiguity, take ownership of unstructured problems, and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
• Partner with external advisors, regulators, or investors where applicable to unlock strategic value.
Job Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or equivalent strategic roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-impact strategy, transformation, or investment projects.
• Advanced problem-solving, financial modeling, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., FMVA, CFA) preferred.
