Job Description

1. Independently responsible for the full lifecycle operation planning of mini-games, accountable for core metrics such as DAU, retention rate, monetization efficiency, and version stability.

2. Combining the ecological characteristics of mini-game platforms like WeChat/Douyin, formulate differentiated operation strategies to optimize user reach, conversion, and activity paths.

3. Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize lightweight gameplay, short-term experience, and social propagation mechanisms for mini-games, define rapid iteration cycles (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly version updates), and ensure content adapts to WeChat users' fragmented scenarios.

4. Based on backend data and user feedback, optimize the core product experience flow.

5. Coordinate with marketing and community teams to improve the game's natural traffic and sharing efficiency on the platform.

6. Liaise with various platform policies to ensure version compliance, follow up on mini-game entry recommendations, traffic support activities, and other resource docking to ensure stable launch and iteration.

Job Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in mobile game/mini-game operations, with preference for those with full mini-game lifecycle experience.

2. Familiar with the operational logic of the mini-game ecosystem, with successful cases preferred.

3. Agile thinking, able to adapt to the rapid iteration pace of mini-games, possessing the ability to independently drive projects and strong resilience to pressure.

4. Deep WeChat mini-game player or experience in operating light casual/social games preferred.
