The Strategy and Operations Manager will provide business insights and recommendations to support decision-making and cross-functional alignment for Google's Large Customer Sales team. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, building reporting tools and dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance and KPIs, identifying process improvements, and defining solutions for business challenges. The role requires close collaboration with Sales Strategy and Operations Managers to manage business cadence, navigate systems and tools, and deliver projects according to operational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy, and excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in Japanese and English.
