Support Service Coordinator

We’re looking to hire a Support Service Coordinator for an Innovative Endoscopic Solutions Provider. Global leader in endoscopic technology, known for its innovative products and collaborative, excellence-driven culture. 

You’ll join the Service and Operations Support Department team to inventory management, service ticket handling, invoicing, and logistics support using SAP and CRM systems. This is a 27 – 52 weeks contract opportunity. The role is located in Stafford TX, and it is hybrid. 

Support Service Coordinator Responsibilities:  

• Make sure unused or damaged materials are returned properly and documented 

• Track and resolve inventory issues in SAP and CRM 

• Help with invoicing and service work orders 

• Keep logs and reconcile storage locations 

• Assist with shipping and receiving on behalf of techs 

• Open and close service tickets 

• Jump in to help the team during busy times or when others are out 

Support Service Coordinator Requirements:  

• 3–5 years of relevant experience 

• Associate degree or higher preferred 

• Advanced and recent knowledge of: 

• SAP modules: logistics, purchasing, inventory management, invoicing 

• CRM systems: Salesforce, ServiceMax, or equivalent 

• Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel (highly important), Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint 

• Web-based reporting tools: Fiori, BI, HANA

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
