The Systems & Infrastructure Applications Engineer will be responsible for managing, updating, and enhancing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, as well as the Microsoft Intune environment for both PCs and mobile devices. Key duties include administration of GPOs and OUs in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows server and endpoint patch management, and PC image and application package creation and deployment. The role also involves managing worldwide image distribution servers. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent is required, along with 8 years of experience in managing SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory. Extensive experience with SCCM in patch deployment, image and application deployment, global distribution, and reporting is essential. Experience with Microsoft Intune policies for mobile devices, Windows server and workstation operating systems, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, PowerShell, LAPS, and scripting for automation is also required. Familiarity with CrowdStrike, IBM QRadar, and Tenable, along with Linux Server Management experience, are considered a plus. Strong technical planning, project management, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in managing SCCM, Intune and Active Directory
- Extensive experience with SCCM in the following areas
- Patch Deployment
- Image and application packages creation and deployment
- Global deployment with distribution servers worldwide
- Reporting
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune policies for personal and company-owned mobile devices
- Sound knowledge of Windows server and workstation operating systems
- Knowledge or experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, PowerShell, LAPS
- Experience in scripting to automate tasks and deploy configurations
- Versed in configuring and maintaining AD Group Policies (GPOs)
- Linux Server Management experience is a plus
- Knowledge or experience with CrowdStrike, IBM QRadar, Tenable are a plus

- Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with other IT professionals as well as non-technical users.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
