We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team who will be involved in shaping the tax department’s tax accounting, provision and compliance processes, while supporting the business needs of a fast-growing company.  The Tax Manager will be an Individual Contributor. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing the Company’s ASC 740 income tax provisions, as reported in the 10-K/10-Q filings, including uncertain tax positions and valuations allowance, along with managing the SOX controls
• Understanding the GILTI, FDII, and BEAT calculations and analyzing the impact to the provision and return
• Collaborating closely with the broader finance organization to ensure tax transactions and changes in tax legislation are accurately documented and accounted for
• Preparing the federal, state and local income tax work-papers and reviewing the income tax returns, along with managing the research and development tax credit documentation and tax authorities correspondence
• Driving automation initiatives to increase the efficiency of tax accounting processes and providing support for various company-wide financial systems related projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related experience with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA license
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting for income taxes 
• Proven ability to conduct thorough tax research, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced excel skills 
• Experience in a fast moving, high growth environment with the ability to react quickly to unexpected challenges and opportunities
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex Tax matters

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or LLM
• Familiarity with international tax
