About the job:
As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to Xsolla's Infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring project progress, managing project budgets, and staying up-to-date on the latest infrastructure technologies and trends. You will be working in a team environment and will be responsible for the successful completion of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure environment
  • Understanding of infrastructure technologies, concepts, and practices
  • Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Team in Xsolla. In this role as a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to Xsolla's Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, project management methodologies, and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and manage project plans for infrastructure projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects
    • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
    • Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest infrastructure technologies and trends
    • Develop and implement infrastructure best practices

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure environment
    • Understanding of infrastructure technologies, concepts, and practices, including networks, servers, storage, cloud computing, databases, IaC, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and alerting
    • Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
