The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable. Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex server deployment projects in large-scale data centers, ensuring optimal resource utilization. - Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Supply Chain, Program Management, Operations, and Data Center Development to align project requirements and deliverables. - Develop and manage project schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, while ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives. - Mentor, support, and guide junior team members and other project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration within the server deployment team. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication. - Lead data center server design and deployment projects, incorporating efficient and scalable solutions. - Apply expert knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability best practices within the data center industry to drive continuous improvement. - Regularly evaluate server performance and infrastructure, providing strategic recommendations for improvements, upgrades, and long-term planning. - Develop, implement, and refine processes for monitoring and reporting on data center capacity and performance metrics. - Continuously research and champion the implementation of new technologies, processes, and industry best practices to optimize data center performance and minimize environmental impact. - Manage executive-level stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment of expectations, project goals, and transparent reporting on progress.

Minimum Requirement: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the industry. - Proven years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on server deployment and capacity planning for large-scale data centers. - Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-site projects and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with Linux, Data Center Facilities, Python, and Advanced Data Analytic Skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. - Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of teams, stakeholders, and executive-level management. - Cross-region deployment experience is a strong advantage. Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive experience working with industry-leading data center providers - In-depth understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in data centers. - Significant experience in data center design, construction, and management projects. - Proven experience in managing external vendors, partners, and multi-functional teams. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
