LeadVenture is seeking a Territory Manager for its Dealer Car Search brand in or near Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves identifying and engaging potential dealership clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include cold calling, email outreach, networking, conducting consultations and virtual demos, collaborating with the team, analyzing campaign performance, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and experience with CRM software. This is a "hunter" position focused on new business generation.

In this role, you’ll be actively identifying and engaging potential dealership clients within your territory, uncovering their unique needs, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions to help drive their success. This is a true “hunter” position where you’ll be making cold calls, developing connections, and creating opportunities.

  • Hunting for Opportunities: You'll be our ace in the hole, hunting for new business prospects through various channels like cold calling, email blasts, and online networking.
  • Building Bridges: Forge strong relationships with our clients, diving deep into their digital marketing needs and delivering tailor-made solutions that fit their business needs.
  • Showcasing Solutions: Get ready to dazzle! You'll be conducting consultations and virtual demos, getting to the core of their business goals, and showcasing how our services can be their ticket to success.
  • Team Player: Collaboration is key!
  • Master of Analysis: Keep a keen eye on digital marketing campaigns, tweaking and fine-tuning them to ensure they're performing at their peak.
  • Sales Dynamo: Aim high and exceed those sales targets like a champ!
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
  • Have at least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success.
  • Love the thrill of generating new business through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Are a communication whiz, able to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Are a pro at building and nurturing relationships, both with clients and your internal team.
  • Juggle tasks like a circus performer and have a knack for staying organized and managing your time effectively.
  • Have experience with CRM software.
  • Have an insatiable appetite for learning and growing.

This position will be supporting our Dealer Car Search brand. Dealer Car Search provides automobile dealers with a multitude of Web Applications to help them manage their dealership more efficiently and profitably. Including but not limited to: Dealer Website Management, Internet Advertising Management, Integrated Lead Management, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Inventory Data Management, Inventory Syndication, Inventory Turn Management, Reputation Management, Call Tracking Management, as well as, Value Added Inventory Merchandising Products and Services.
