Job Description

The US Staffing Manager will lead and manage a team of recruiters in Gurugram, Noida, or Bengaluru, working a night shift (7:30 PM to 5:00 AM IST) to support US-based operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for the US telecom or IT industry, sourcing top talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and collaborating with clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in US staffing. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and familiarity with US staffing regulations and best practices.

5-8 years US staffing experience (telecom/IT)

Locations: Gurugram, Noida – Sec62, Bengaluru
Number of Positions: 1 per branch
Shift Timing: Night Shift - 19:30 PM to 05:00 AM IST
Experience: 5-8 relevant years

Profile Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals for the position of US Staffing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling staffing teams, preferably with experience in the US telecom or IT industry.

Responsibilities:
Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet staffing objectives.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members for continuous improvement.

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfil staffing requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align staffing plans accordingly.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the US telecom or IT sectors.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

Process Optimization:

Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.

Client Collaboration:

Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and staffing requirements.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to provide updates on recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in US staffing and recruitment, with a focus on the telecom or IT industry.
Previous experience in a managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with night shift operations and commitment to working in the specified shift timing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
