Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for the US telecom or IT industry, sourcing top talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and collaborating with clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in US staffing. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and familiarity with US staffing regulations and best practices.

Shift Timing: Night Shift - 19:30 PM to 05:00 AM IST

Profile Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals for the position of US Staffing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling staffing teams, preferably with experience in the US telecom or IT industry.

Responsibilities:
Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet staffing objectives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members for continuous improvement.
Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfil staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align staffing plans accordingly.
Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the US telecom or IT sectors.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Process Optimization:
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
Client Collaboration:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and staffing requirements.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to provide updates on recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in US staffing and recruitment, with a focus on the telecom or IT industry.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with night shift operations and commitment to working in the specified shift timing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
