User Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
Inwave Studio is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities include market research on Google Play and App Store, evaluating the revenue potential of advertising channels and partners, optimizing digital campaign content and performance, testing and implementing new ideas, collaborating with production and support teams on marketing strategies, reporting on campaign effectiveness and suggesting improvements, creating and optimizing UA campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Applovin, Ironsource, Unity Ads, and Apple Search Ads, working with advertising partners, exploring new game marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, a data-driven mindset, strong independent work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and proficiency in English.
Must have:
- 1+ years experience in User Acquisition
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Google Ads & Facebook Ads
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Unity Ads, Ironsource, Applovin
- Experience with Apple Search Ads

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Nghiên cứu, khảo sát thị trường trên Google Play và Appstore…
Đánh giá tiềm năng doanh thu của các kênh quảng cáo và các đối tác.
Optimize nội dung và chỉ số performance của các digital campaigns.
Chịu trách nhiệm thử nghiệm, đo đạc, đánh giá và triển khai ý tưởng.
Phối hợp cùng team sản xuất và team support để lên chiến lược và tài liệu Marketing.
Lập báo cáo hiệu quả và đề xuất các phương án để cải thiện quảng cáo
Lên ý tưởng, thực thi và tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch UA trên nền tảng chính: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Applovin, Ironsource, Unity Ads, Apple Search Ads ...
Chủ động làm việc với các đối tác cung cấp quảng cáo.
Khai thác và tìm hiểu thêm các kênh Marketing Game khác.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
Có tư duy data-driven tốt
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, phối hợp tốt với các team khác
Chủ động và có khả năng tự học cao
Tinh thần dám thử dám làm, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
Có kinh nghiệm chạy ads ở các nền tảng như Facebook, Google là một điểm cộng. Quen với các nên tảng quảng cáo Unity, Ironsource, applovin
Thành thạo tiếng Anh để làm việc với đối tác
Có ý thức và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
Trung thực, nhiệt huyết, cởi mở và luôn muốn chinh phục các thử thách mới
