here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the vKYC team.

what will you do:

    • lead, manage and motivate a high performing vKYC team of 10-15 agents with a focus on high standards, quality, customer service, controls, execution and delivery
    • audit random vKYC call samples to ensure adherence from a quality and compliance standpoint
    • build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders in order to champion policy and procedural changes as needed
    • invest in recruitment, training, coaching and motivating your team, promoting, supporting and managing under performance
    • providing high value technical support to the vKYC team and ensuring KYC due diligence has been completed in accordance with the regulatory guidelines

you should apply if you:

    • are a graduate with 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service environment
    • prior experience of 1+ year of handling a team in a command centre environment
    • excellent verbal communication (in English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills. proficiency in any vernacular language is a plus.
    • customer service orientation with attention to detail and accuracy
    • ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments
