Summary
The VP, Global Benefits and Employee Mobility drives HPs global benefits strategy and design across more than 55 countries while ensuring efficient and effective management of all processes around the delivery of benefits at HP. In addition to benefits the role has responsibility for the Global Employee Mobility, Wellness and Recognition teams as well as the various vendors that support these teams at HP. This role reports to the SVP, Total Rewards.

Analytical: The successful candidate will utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategy. Understanding financial impacts of benefits programs to the company in both the short and long-term is essential to be successful in this role.
The base pay range for this role is $265,000 to $350,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
