Job Description

As a Workday consultant at PwC, you'll provide consulting services across various Workday applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support. You'll help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. This role requires a versatile skillset, adaptability to diverse client and team environments, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Workday security based on client requirements, evaluating security risks, identifying key risks and controls, and providing security-related operational support. You'll collaborate with larger implementation teams, support the development and execution of effective operational practices, and define and operationalize Workday security delivery processes. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, with experience supporting predominantly US engagements.

As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Understand and execute Workday security implementation methodology in a manner that leverages Mexico City security team for US-based client engagements;

Design and implement Workday Security based on client requirements;

Evaluate security risks of existing client Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials implementations;

Identify key risks and controls, and configuration of controls over security and business process within Workday;

Provide security related operational support for Workday implementations including hypercare support under defined client service level specifications.

Analyze Workday security controls using relevant control frameworks such as internal practice aides, SOX, NIST, CSF, GDPR and/or ISO.

Work effectively and collaboratively with larger Workday implementation teams and across implementation functional workstreams;

Support development and execution of effective operational practices that support coordination across different time zones and geographically dispersed teams;

Define and operationalize Workday security delivery processes able to support scaled Mexico City team growth year over year;

Support predominantly US engagements with professional English communication. Written and verbal English fluency is required.
