This Account Executive, New Business Sales role at Google focuses on securing new Google Ads clients. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with C-level clients and senior partners, developing comprehensive understanding of their business needs, structuring long-term strategies, achieving growth goals by presenting Google's advertising solutions, creating effective ad campaigns, and performing data-driven analyses. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present data-driven recommendations to clients to maximize their return on investment. The role requires fluent communication in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish, and a minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle sales experience. Google's New Business Sales team is dedicated to acquiring high-potential advertisers and integrating Google's marketing products (YouTube, Google Ads, Google Display Network) into their marketing strategies.
Must have:
  • 3+ years full life-cycle sales experience
  • Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish
  • Build and manage C-level client relationships
  • Achieve growth goals, present Google advertising solutions
  • Develop data-driven analyses and recommendations
Good to have:
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development
  • Experience in the digital advertising sales industry
  • Experience building a book of business and securing new customers
  • Experience managing customer/agency/service partner relationships

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Ability to communicate in either Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish fluently in order to work with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
  • Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. 
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Secure new Google Ads clients by presenting marketing solutions, and creating relevant ad campaigns that maximize their returns.
