Job Description

As an Associate Project Manager at Sperasoft, you'll analyze project requirements, create plans, manage risks, and align client and developer expectations. You'll assign and track tasks for teams (programmers, artists, designers, QA), manage inter-departmental communication, ensure deadlines and budget adherence, and conduct team meetings and reporting. You'll also contribute to career development plans and the hiring process. Sperasoft collaborates closely with partners throughout the game development lifecycle to deliver AAA titles.

Game Development is our core competency.  We collaborate closely with our partners, assisting them throughout the whole process of developing high quality AAA titles.We offer full product (SKU) and co-development services using our full spectrum of in house production talent, experience, and ideas to deliver our partners’ games on time, within budget and at the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities  

  • Analyze and investigate new project requirements, prepare project plans; assess risks and propose mitigation plan; 
  • Identifying and clarifying the team goals; ensuring that Client and Developer’s expectations are aligned; 
  • Assigning and managing team individual tasks, tracking them on daily basis; 
  • Managing interactions between team departments and communications both within team and between team and Client; 
  • Ensuring that project meets dead-lines, delivering product of required quality and staying within allocated budget; 
  • Conducting team meetings, providing various kinds of reporting; 
  • Taking part in Career Development plans creation; 
  • Conducting interviews, contribute for hiring process. 

Requirements

  • 2+ years commercial experience in project management; 
  • Managing various sub-teams (programmers, artists, game designers, QA) in one project; 
  • Experience of work with foreign Clients: ability to establish collaborative relationship and a high level of trust; 
  • Work out plans, set priorities, assess risks, track tasks to completion; 
  • Ability to manage efficiently 10+ persons teams; 
  • Ability to work on multiple task in time pressure conditions; 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach; 
  • Fluent English; 
  • Experience in Game Development projects is a plus.
