The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), designing and implementing communication plans (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, acting as a point of contact for benefits-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with implementing new programs and changes, building reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations, and influencing stakeholders through data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess international benefits experience (multinational company or consulting firm), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA labor environment and regulations.
