Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, collaborating with technical teams to develop tailored solutions, creating compelling sales presentations and proposals, staying abreast of industry trends, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses a solid IT industry network, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise solutions. This role requires 5+ years of experience in business development or a similar role within the IT services or software development sector, a strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously. A pre-existing network of enterprise-level clients in North America is preferred.
