Job Description

Anzu seeks a Campaign Manager to manage direct and programmatic campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, monitoring programmatic performance, optimizing tactics, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal/external teams, developing new strategies, and working with the product team on feature requests. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of digital campaign management experience, proficiency with SSPs/DSPs, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. The role requires managing large-scale budgets and optimizing deals on platforms like The Trade Desk or DV360.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager with analytical experience to help us take our business to the next level.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Hands-on management of direct and programmatic campaigns on various platforms
  • Analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Regularly manage and monitor programmatic performance, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our clients
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign-related issues are communicated and handled efficiently
  • Contribute to developing new strategies to improve our performance across the board
  • Work closely and collaborate with the product team on feature requests, product enhancements, and data analytics reports

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience with digital campaign management
  • Hands-on management of large-scale budgets
  • Experience with operating within SSPs/DSPs/exchanges and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Experience in creating and optimizing deals on at least one of the following DSPs/SSPs: The Trade Desk, DV360, Magnite, Xandr, OpenX, Equativ, Pubmatic 
  • Experience working with industry-leading agencies and brands
  • Strong analytical skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel and Google applications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
  • Strong sense of responsibility and independence, the ability to manage priorities and time allocation
  • Experience in a global company — advantage
