Senior Client Partner position is a key role within the Brillio Customer Success team for North America, responsible for driving sales and business development strategies, and executive relationships for one of our most strategic Hitech clients in Internet and ISV segment.
In this role, you will be responsible to drive superior customer experience and revenue growth. The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at the CXO level and creating a long-term strategic partnership with the clients. The role shall be assisted by a team of client partners and practice managers who shall help create the customer experience and delivery excellence.
The Partner will act as a “trusted advisor” to his/her client and have a mix of strategic business and technology experience. With Brillio’s strong presence in the telecom space and our entrepreneurial culture, this position presents a dynamic growth opportunity for the right individual to contribute to a rapidly growing company in an exciting field.
Roles and Responsibilities
Establishing and managing client relationship at all levels.
Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals and culture
Positioning Brillio as a Strategic IT partner and identify new avenues for Brillio to partner, implement and deliver within the account.
Managing the account P&L & high-level delivery responsibility up to $80M.
Mapping Brillio’ s capabilities and solutions to client’s requirements.
Build newer relationships with one of the marquee Fortune 1000 customers.
Build and scale the portfolio and Brillio’s capabilities in the Internet and ISV space.
Driving client services and delivery teams to achieve the desired goals with an extreme focus on being relevant for the client.
Qualifications required
Proven track record of delivering growth with Internet and ISV clients ($50-$100M) and driving strategic partnerships. Clearly demonstrated ability to build and scale the business with focus on both top line and bottom line.
Proven capability to penetrate multiple lines of business and drive internal teams with rigor to grow throw multiple capabilities and not be dependent on one service line of operation.
Should have farming approach, consultative, tech savvy and capable of bringing innovative solutions and ideas and leading by example.
Working knowledge of one of the following areas of technologies: Product Engineering, Networks, Cloud, Analytics or Digital technologies for customer insights.
Senior executive presence and credibility – possesses an interest and passion toward engaging senior level executives in grasping and enabling fundamentals of business change.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Exceptional client management skills and business development & delivery experience.
Experience in a global service delivery model.
Proven expertise in building outcome-based models and delivering on those.
