Job Description

Moonbug Entertainment, an award-winning global entertainment company, is seeking a Client Success Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring partner satisfaction and growth. You will proactively collaborate with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and optimizing their experience. By providing exceptional communication and support, you will foster strong relationships, drive retention, and contribute to the overall success of content-driven initiatives. Moonbug is behind brands like CoComelon and Blippi, available on over 150 video and 100 audio platforms globally, extending to toys, games, books, and live events. This role is full-time on-site in Los Angeles.
Must Have:
  • Oversee post-sale activities and day-to-day client communication on assigned accounts.
  • Ensure client needs are understood, anticipated, and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with production teams for timely deliverables.
  • Manage post-sales coordination, media integration, asset delivery, creative and production schedules, and campaign reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction.
  • Partake in brainstorming for client pitches.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and consumer trends data.
  • Oversee timely delivery of client reports.
  • Run client status meetings and ensure strong follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all Moonbug IP.

The Role

As a Client Success team member, your role is pivotal in ensuring the satisfaction and growth of our valued partners. You will proactively collaborate with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and optimizing their experience. By providing exceptional communication and support, you will foster strong relationships, drive retention, and contribute to the overall success of our content-driven initiatives.

This role will report full-time ON-SITE.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee post-sale activities and day-to-day client communication on assigned accounts.
  • Effective client communication to ensure their needs are understood, anticipated and exceeded with the overall goal of delivering brilliant client service.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure client deliverables are executed on time and align with creative expectations.
  • You will be responsible for staying organized in order to conduct post-sales coordination, media integration, asset delivery, creative and production schedule management as well as campaign reporting deliverables.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within your account list to provide suggestions that will increase client satisfaction.
  • Partake in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client pitches.
  • Collecting and analyzing campaign data and consumer trends data.
  • Oversee the delivery of client reports and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner to the client.
  • Run the client status meetings, ensuring efficient meetings and strong follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams: brand partnerships, media & ad ops, data, creative, production, social, marketing & finance.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all IP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience within the media industry: media agency, publisher, or creative agency background.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 5 or more client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering consistently high-quality service across all engagements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage short-term and long-term deliverables. Highly organized with the ability to manage large, complex projects as well as juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
