Job Description

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional support to European clients in a flexible hybrid environment. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, de-escalating challenging situations, documenting interactions, providing training and guidance on products and services, and advocating for customers by sharing feedback. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a positive, patient attitude.
Must have:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • De-escalate challenging situations professionally.
  • Document interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers.
  • Identify suitable products and services for customers.
  • Share customer feedback with other teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and company updates.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Good to have:
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Salesforce (SFDC), or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills.

What We’re Looking For

    • Previous customer service experience, with a knack for building trust and understanding customer needs.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – a must-have for this role.
    • Experience with tools like Jira, Salesforce (SFDC), or Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus.
    • Excellent communication skills – you can tailor your style to any audience.
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle diverse challenges effectively.
    • A positive, patient, and resilient attitude – you take tough situations in stride.
