We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Business Operations Associate Manager II responsible for managing digital code operations, digital reseller settlements, and providing support for digital retail operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital code management, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Management:
Purchase codes with external partners
Upload codes to Keymaster and set up offers in internal systems such as Keymaster and the Digital Codes Tool
Manage the help Slack channel, monitor email traffic, and answer questions related to code operations
Maintain an Airtable workspace with details of what needs to be ordered and when
Collaborate with our submissions teams to ensure setups with 1P are complete
Troubleshoot reported issues
Assist with the development and enhancement of the Digital Codes Tool.
Digital Reseller Settlement:
Manage settlement reports sent by digital resellers
Process settlement reports internally, ensuring accuracy in partnership with the Commercial team
Send processed reports to Finance for invoicing
Maintain the Airtable space that tracks the settlement process status
Onboard new digital resellers and ensure they are integrated into the settlement process.
Digital at Retail Operations Support:
Support code requirements and setups for Code on Demand
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations for digital codes at retail
Cash Card Operational Support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital code management and operations
Strong proficiency in using Airtable, Keymaster, and other digital code management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience working with finance and commercial teams is a plus.
