Job Description

This position involves managing and overseeing all aspects of consumer segment sales and go-to-market functions for a major strategic customer account. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, creating and communicating sales goals, building strong customer relationships, understanding consumer PC trends, effectively communicating value propositions, and leveraging existing relationships with relevant retailers. The role requires a deep understanding of the market and the ability to drive sales targets. This position is eligible for remote work in Houston, TX.
Must have:

General Summary:

This position will assist in managing and overseeing all elements of the consumer segment sales and GTM functions for a large strategic customer account. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand Consumer PC-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Have established relationships and extensive experience working with relevant retailers in the America’s.
  • Preferred candidate will have experience and existing relationships with HP America’s sales and category organizations.

This position is eligible for remote work in Houston, TX.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
•    Associate's degree and 10+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
•    High school Diploma or equivalent and 14+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years documented experience developing complex multi-party deals and a proven track record of success

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$200,800.00 - $301,200.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.  We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).  In addition, our highly competitive benefits package is designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play.
