About the Role and the team:

We are seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Finance Analyst to join our Payments team! This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making across the Financial Services organization by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial modeling, solving sophisticated problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Build and maintain financial models to support critical initiatives, business planning, and investment decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior leadership on key drivers, trends, and opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Business Development, Accounting, Legal, etc.) to evaluate business cases and measure ROI.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations that communicate business performance and strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and growth.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support decision-making under uncertainty.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, corporate FP&A or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling; experience with reporting tools (SAP, Anaplan) and financial systems (SQL, Tableau, Zeta) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated information in a simple way
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with a confirmed ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$70,000 - $120,700

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
