Summary

The Finance Specialist will assist with day-to-day processing of finance-related tasks within the Accounts Payable team. Responsibilities include preparing General Ledger posting templates, processing invoices and bank transactions in the ERP system, performing vendor reconciliations, maintaining document archives, collaborating with colleagues for information, and participating in ad-hoc projects. The role requires knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP is a plus.
Must have:
  • LCCI Higher in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational & attention to detail
Good to have:
  • Working knowledge of SAP

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Finance Specialist in our Accounts Payable team office to assist in the day-to-day processing of finance-related tasks. We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and strong organisational skills.

Reports to

The Finance Specialist will be reporting to the Head of Accounts Payable. Other key stakeholders include the Head of Source to Pay.  

What will you do?

  • Preparation of templates for General Ledger postings
  • Process invoices for the Group’s companies in our ERP System
  • Process of Bank transactions in our ERP system
  • Perform Vendor reconciliation
  • Arrange saving of documents, keeping the information up to date
  • Liaise with colleagues in different locations to request any additional information
  • Participate in any other ad-hoc projects that the Head of Accounts Payables might need assistance with

What are we looking for?

  • LCCI Higher in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years work experience in a similar position
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Working knowledge of SAP will be considered as an advantage

Work mode

Hybrid - 3 days of work from the office, 2 days from home
