Your primary responsibility is to help grow NXP business through ownership of pricing strategies and deal negotiation at assigned accounts (both Direct and supported via Distributors).

Your team

The team works closely with our Sales team to negotiate and secure new business awards from automotive customers; we are a high energy and innovative team looking to continuously improve our processes. Key stakeholders include Customers (both Direct and Distributors) NXP Sales, Supply Chain and Product Lines.

This is a hugely exciting and consistently challenging role involving regular engagement with international customers. Ideally suitable for someone with a Bachelor or Masters Level of study who gets energy from working with people, customers and close to technologies. As a new graduate joining NXP means you will be supported through coaching and learning to work more independently in the future.

Your responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to get NXP products designed in by customers into new applications.

  • Start to generate price offers and strategy to secure new business awards.

  • Plan and negotiate customer price agreements.

  • Analyse customer and market demands to help improve business and capacity planning.

  • Analyse market data to help optimize pricing strategies.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Either a Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following: Maths, Science, Engineering, Business Management or similar.

  • Knowledge of microcontrollers and/or microprocessors would be beneficial but not essential

Furthermore, you should have:

  • Presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills

  • Customer focused outlook

  • Team working mindset and ability

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Willingness to travel when necessary
