About the Job
Catface is seeking a Graphic Artist who is a creative jack-of-all-trades with a sharp eye for detail and strong technical know-how, especially when it comes to print production, packaging, and digital asset creation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our merchandise packaging, web and other design deliverables.
The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of design experience, a deep understanding of print production processes, and a working knowledge of UI/UX and web design. You’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director, Senior Designers, and cross-functional teams.
This role requires someone who is versatile, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a passion for kawaii/chibi/cute aesthetics.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Art Director and Senior Designers to produce artwork for print and digital deliverables
- Execute creative concepts from idea to final production files, ensuring all designs meet brand standard
- Design packaging with an understanding of dielines, materials, print finishes, and functional requirements

- Ability to create and deliver web and UI-friendly assets such as product images, web banners, wireframes.
- Ensure consistency across digital and physical products, paying close attention to detail

- Keep up to date with trends in design, merchandising, internet culture, and creator/influencer products
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of graphic design experience in branding, packaging, and web design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a must; Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, also essential)
- Strong understanding of print production techniques: working with dielines, digital printing, die-cut packaging, and specialty finishes
- Strong knowledge of web design for e-commerce, including digital asset creation and optimization
- Skilled in Photoshop photo editing, including retouching and color correction
- Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working with multiple partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with kawaii / chibi / cute aesthetics
- Familiarity with influencer or YouTube Creator merchandise and promotional design
- Motion graphics proficiency in After Effects
- Experience using tools like Shopify
- Illustration skills a plus
