Job Description

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) innovates Google's Ads products into intuitive customer experiences. gPTO partners with Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams. As a gTech Business Solutions Architect, you'll act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders in Google’s Ads ecosystem, developing and owning an integrated roadmap translating Data and Tools strategy into a technical delivery plan. You'll collaborate with various Google teams to create annual plans, align short-term and long-term goals, and work with development teams to ensure successful strategy launches. Responsibilities include collaborating with business sponsors and technical delivery teams, defining solutions based on business needs, and working across organizations for effective implementation.

Must have:

12+ years experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), data analysis, and SQL/MySQL
12+ years project management and technical troubleshooting experience
Act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders
Develop and own an integrated roadmap for Data and Tools strategy

Good to have:

Experience managing in global organizations with complex workflows
Experience leading through ambiguity and using structured frameworks
Experience driving data organization and governance
Expertise in large Ads ecosystems, Customer Systems, and technical solutions integrations

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), data analysis, and SQL/MySQL.
12 years of experience managing projects and doing technical troubleshooting.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing within global organizations with a product portfolio, complex workflows and a widely varied workforce.
Experience in leading through ambiguity and making decisions by uncovering underlying issues patterns and applying structured frameworks.
Experience in driving data organization and governance to create accurate, useful data.
Expertise in large Ads ecosystems, Customer Systems and technical solutions integrations.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for the key stakeholders within Google’s Ads ecosystem on the Data and Tools front through close collaboration with the business sponsors and the technical delivery teams.
Develop and own an integrated roadmap translating the Data and Tools strategy into a technical delivery plan by understanding the business needs and defining the right solutions.
Collaborate closely with gTech Ads group, gSO and gAPT to create an annual plan along with clear action items and owners.
Align the current short-term tactical goals with the long-term goals to create a roadmap devoid of business disruptions.
Work with technical development teams to ensure the strategy is developed and launched across various organizations with effectiveness and success.
