This position involves providing telephonic support to attorney customers throughout the disability process. The Hearing Case Manager will follow a structured process to gather information, document responses, and regularly follow up with potential new clients. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to clients, answering incoming calls, conveying the benefits of the services, and maintaining detailed records. Job Details
Premier Disability Services is looking for Hearing Case Managers to join our growing Minneapolis, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
Answer incoming calls from potential clients
Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database
Must-Haves:

What we offer:
- For remote employees, we offer $16/hr. In office employees will be offered $20/hr
- You will have the opportunity to earn up to $500 a month in bonuses based on your performance
