About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer to join our ET Infrastructure team. This role focuses on the configuration, management, and governance of a complex cloud-centric, hybrid infrastructure environment with Infrastructure as Code in mind.

What you will do:

• introduce and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) from scratch within our current operations environment.
• Maintain and improve IaC frameworks to automate and streamline our infrastructure management.
• Configure, manage, and govern complex Azure environments.
• Oversee physical and cloud networks based on Meraki, Palo Alto, and Azure.
• Administer Microsoft365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other components.
• Provide technical infrastructure support and ensure all L3 assigned tickets are reviewed and resolved within defined service desk SLAs.
• Develop and document technical designs for the integration and implementation of new applications and systems.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of Sitecore infrastructure and services.
• Assess emerging technologies, stay abreast of industry trends, and provide advice on technology investments.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 7 years in similar roles
• Minimum of 5 years building, configuring and managing environments with IaC tools
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Terraform, proven experience of building environments from ground up. (other IaC tools knowledge such as Bicep, CloudFormation is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Proficiency in cloud operations (Azure required, AWS preferred).
• Extensive experience with next-generation firewalls, remote access tools, and VPNs (preferably Palo Alto firewalls).
• Strong background in Microsoft365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of FinOps practices.
• Expertise in network segmentation, routing, configuring ACLs, setting up IPSEC tunnels, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with cloud-managed switching solutions (preferably Cisco Meraki).
• Strong understanding of DNS concepts.
• Knowledge of certificate management and governance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within the company.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
