The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience as a team assistant, executive assistant, or coordinator in a multinational company, excellent communication skills (English and Chinese), strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position demands a proactive, self-motivated individual comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities.

Integration Specialist, Industrial Engineering

Job Summary:

In this role you will report to the Director of Industrial Engineering - coordinating team meetings/events, supporting special projects, and providing administrative support to the team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members to lead and develop plans for staff meetings, team events, professional development sessions, and other team activities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including coordinating Outlook calendars, responding to e-mails, outlining meeting minutes, consolidating leadership updates, scheduling meetings/conference rooms, arranging catering, arranging travel, preparing and submitting expense reports, ordering office supplies, assist with cast member onboarding, and related activities
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings that may require negotiation with multiple lines of business, site leaders, and partners from outside of SHDR 
  • Collect information on SHDR and related industries to support leadership updates and Industrial Engineering analysis (e.g., summarize data from internal data sources, complete online research, collect on-site observations)
  • Build executive-level presentations and other communication utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite as-needed
  • Partner with 3rd party data collection company and assist on-site to coordinate seasonal in-park data collection studies
  • Plan and organize travel and logistics arrangements for leaders visiting SHDR from other sites
  • Complete other assignments from leader when needed (e.g., back-up for other team members)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in a multi-national company, with experience as team assistant, executive assistant, or coordinator preferred
  • Knowledgeable about Shanghai Disney Resort, and interested in continuous learning about the industry
  • Proficient in professional Chinese and English communication (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to find solutions when presented with challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities without jeopardizing quality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and embraces diversity of job tasks
  • Professional working style with ability handle confidential information discreetly
  • Demonstrated ability to work in professional collaborative team environment and interface with team members at all levels of the organization
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
