Your Role
Our award-winning Beauty Design team shapes the creative direction of brands like MONDAY Haircare, Châlon Paris & Osāna Naturals, playing a pivotal role in ZURU Edge's recent global success. Expanding on the triumph of these launches, the team is currently pioneering new innovative beauty brands slated for launch in 2025 and beyond. With 15 brands in our pipeline - Jaimee Lupton, Beauty Entrepreneur & New Mum, Has 15 New Brands In The Pipeline.
As a member of our Beauty Design team, you will take full ownership of select new brand launches. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Commercial/Sales teams to craft creative briefs and, create dynamic brand campaigns, develop state-of-the-art digital assets and innovative influencer boxes, among other responsibilities.

Harnessing your ownership mindset, design prowess, and creative flair, you will bring our new brands to life on a global scale. Your adept communication skills will drive projects from inception to fruition. Moreover, your passion for design and mentorship will empower junior designers, fostering their growth and maximizing their potential.
Design & Content Creation¢
- Design Development: Create and develop innovative design solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines across digital assets, print collateral and brand campaigns.
- Briefs: Craft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teams.
- Prototypes + Mock Ups: Produce prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualise design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
- Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are consistent with brand guidelines.
- File management: Organise and maintain design files and assets to ensure easy accessibility for team members.
- Handle colour correction and grading for images and videos where required.
- Packaging: Minor updates to existing packaging artwork.
- Other tasks management may deem appropriate from time to time.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the Design Leads and Design Project Manager to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with senior designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Leadership Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and improve their skills.
- Project Leadership: Take the lead on design projects when needed, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
- Conceptualisation and Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Lead and actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, proposing creative solutions that align with project goals and market trends.
