Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The Product MarTech team is responsible for providing Bally's marketeers with the tools they need to deliver their strategies and we are looking for someone to join as a Marketing Operations Executive to be hands on with the continued support of our Marketing Automations platform – Braze.

The right candidate will have both creative and scientific attributes, working with our retention marketing teams to translate marketing theory via platform enablement to push the marketing department forward with best-in-class marketing automation.

This is a fast paced and hands on role, which will be responsible for the delivery of optimising current Braze instance ensuring that the canvases are working as they should be. Along with getting your hands dirty with Braze you will also be leading the future roadmaps to ensure we are consistently delivering the most up to date, optimised technical offering we can.

Having experience on Braze is a plus, but not essential, it’s something we are happy to train you on! If you have experience with another ESP (SalesForce / HubSpot / Adobe Campaign etc) then please do apply, just as long as you are willing to get stuck in to Braze!

So, what will you be doing?

  • Responsibility for the overall canvas, campaign & setup and operations for current instance of Braze, split across UK, EU & North American territories

  • Own the back-end Braze workflow template designs, including testing & optimisations

  • Drive the delivery of the platform roadmap & prioritisation with team ensuring there is key stakeholder visibility

  • Manage third party account with Braze & TAP London for the current Braze instance workstreams

  • Build documentation for tooling setup with campaign details, data points, integrations

  • Own overall platform governance, system alerts & distribution

  • Lead the formation, acceptance, and prioritisation of proof-of-concept trials

  • Delivery of Braze projects including optimisation of Braze

  • Coach and upskill the CRM marketing team on marketing automation best practices
  • Ensure that best practise and housekeeping are widely shared, and documents kept up-to-date
  • Monitor deliverability of campaigns and maintaining message delivery health

  • Deliver reporting & system health monitoring practices

  • Refine process & implementation of Internal first line support for Braze

  • Implement team efficiencies & best practices

  • Manage & update the Monday.com project management board

  • Review and manage stack use and ROI

  • Continually review the market, trends, and new technologies to ens

      • Previous experience with an ESP - Braze preferred, but not essential

      • Good understanding of channel marketing – Email, SMS, Push & social

      • Basic experience with computer languages – Java Script & My SQL

      • Prior use of Monday.com is a plus, but not a requirement

      • Ability to function as a self-starter with strong communication skills, able to deal with multiple stakeholders across the team and wider business
      • Experience in or an interest in the online gambling industry would be great
