Job Description

The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical, and network communication systems. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining video transmission equipment (cameras, audio/video cards, cabling), installing and troubleshooting computers and hardware, monitoring information systems, diagnosing and resolving problems, responding to internal user calls, and troubleshooting software issues. The role also involves monitoring server connections and resolving or preventing problems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in electronics or computers and have experience with Windows and Microsoft Office software.

Must have:

Technical support for video transmission equipment
Installation and maintenance of video equipment
Troubleshooting computers and hardware
Network administration knowledge
Windows and Microsoft Office expertise

Job Description

- Provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical and network communication systems.

- Perform installation and maintenance of video transmission equipment (video cameras, audio/video cards, cabling, etc.) in accordance with specified procedures.

- Install, administer and troubleshoot computers (laptops), hardware, etc., as requested by management.

- Monitor information systems, diagnose problems and resolve them immediately, informing the line manager of work performed and completion times.

- Respond to internal user calls and troubleshooting, as well as diagnose and resolve software problems.

- Monitor server connections, diagnose and resolve problems, or organize problem aversion.

Qualifications

Professional technician in Electronics or Computers.
02 years of experience as Technical Support.
Intermediate English Skills
Installation and troubleshooting of software related to Windows and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of administrative networks.
