Junior Program Marketing Manager

Description

• Learn and Execute Marketing Plans: Assist in creating, executing, and optimizing direct-to-physician marketing plans to meet traffic goals.
• Track Campaign Performance: Monitor the performance of various marketing tactics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Analyse and Report: Help analyze traffic data and contribute to strategic campaign analysis.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, project management, and internal teams to track and report on marketing tactics.
• Support Account Management: Provide support to clients and assist with account management tasks as needed.
• Execute Campaigns: Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns on our platform and gain experience in using third-party platforms like Facebook and Google.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical education, or a related field is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.
• Experience: Ideally, you’ll have some experience in digital marketing (e.g., internships, part-time jobs, or relevant coursework) or a related field. If you’ve worked with digital agencies, analytics, or have experience in email and media marketing, that’s a plus!
• Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required, and familiarity with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, or Facebook Ads would be advantageous but not essential—we’ll help you learn.
