Role - Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager

Location - Bangalore


What we need ?

PG+5 years of experience in end to end recruitment . (preferred consulting hiring - technical hiring )

Hiring experience in skills like ServiceNow , tech strategist , digital soultions (One must have worked on variety of tech hiring skills )

Solid stakeholder management experience.

Should have experience in building sourcing strategies through non convetional ways .

Excellent communication & strong articulation skills , high confidence level .

Apt with market mapping & should be abreast with industry trends .


Role & Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
  • Helping in preparation of the recruitment plan making sure the timeline are clearly defined as per the needs of the business.
  • Number of candidates sourced through the defined portals in accordance to the needs of the business and the values of the firm.
  • Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
  • Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.
  • Ensuring accuracy in the roll out of offer post approval from the partner.
  • Tracking the efficiency of the recruitment process by constant interaction with recruitment vendors and initiating cost effective/ innovative methods of recruitment
  • Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
  • Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and joining trackers
  • Meet required statutory compliances on an ongoing basis
  • Ensures 100% accuracy during the requirement gathering phase.
