Job Description

1. Collaborate with the lead artist to define 2D character style and continuously enhance game quality.

2. Produce 2D characters, equipment, monsters, etc., according to requirements.

3. Continuously source and screen high-quality outsourcing partners, and manage outsourcing projects.

4. Communicate and collaborate with upstream and downstream R&D teams to continuously refine and improve character presentation.

5. Communicate action design with planners and animators in the early design phase.

6. Assist 2D animators in supplementing character keyframes.

Job Requirements

1. Solid character fundamentals and a unique artistic style.

2. Proficient in 2D top-down realistic dark style, passionate about dark hack-and-slash games.

3. Proficient in PS painting, 3D assistance, and AI assistance.

4. Ability to continuously improve character design and expression.

5. Strong communication and comprehension skills, able to accurately grasp key project requirements.

6. Over five years of work experience, with experience in at least one complete game development project.

7. Possess a development spirit and adapt to a fast-paced development environment.
