1. 5+ years of experience in game art projects, proficient in hand-painted & PBR styles, from an art major background, with U3D project experience.
2. Capable of producing high and low poly models for characters and monsters, possessing secondary design capabilities beyond original concept art, and capable of lighting and shader adjustment.
3. Experience in creating aesthetically pleasing faces; MOBA or top-down game development experience is a plus; familiar with hero pipeline production.
4. Passionate about games, strong sense of responsibility, easy to communicate with, good teamwork awareness.
