By working closely together as a single company globally focused on the key elements of fashion production – design, manufacture, distribution, and retail. Responsibilities:

<li>Lead technical development for the Product(s) and team. Making sure to follow and guarantee alignment with the company's global architecture</li>
<li>Design architecture and solutions</li>
<li>Communicate with cross-functional teams about service integration</li>
<li>Promote best practices to improve the quality of our code and processes and ensure technical excellence</li>
<li>Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements Work in close contact with the Product Owner and support in the technical definition of product backlog items</li>
<li>Provide system or technical development expertise to the team</li>
<li>Guarantee continuous deployment, write qualitative, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment</li>
<li>Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;5+ years of software development experience</li>
<li>&nbsp;4+ years of extensive Java development experience, Maven</li>
<li>2-3 years of Spring framework and building Spring web applications</li>
<li>Understanding and experience developing and deploying microservices</li>
<li>Experience developing REST interfaces, OpenApi</li>
<li>Excellent design, coding, and debugging skills</li>
<li>OOP, OOD, DDD. Design Patterns proficient</li>
<li>Working knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL technologies – Mongo DB</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Kafka, Kafka streaming</li>
<li>Experience with different clouds – AWS, Azure</li>
<li>Working knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes</li>
<li>Familiar with GrayLog, Grafana</li>
<li>Working experience in an Agile environment, a clear understanding of Agile methodologies mindset, and development practices applicable to them</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organisational, and facilitation skills, product-oriented mindset, focus on team results, willingness to continuous personal and team improvements, leadership qualities, and resilience.</li>
