X5 eMaint - A CMMS software solution that centralizes maintenance information, facilitates processes and automates some tasks to improve efficiency. Computerized maintenance management system software optimizes the use, availability, and life span of equipment, machinery, fleets, infrastructures, facilities, or operations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience, including technical leadership(at least 1 year of experience as technical leader)
- Owns architecture decisions, enforces best architectural practices and patterns
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, oversee architecture, manage team and delivery process
- Leads team technically, sets up development processes, owns delivery timeline and scope
- Owns end-to-end execution, drives Agile ceremonies, ensures alignment with product goals
- Establishes and enforces coding standards, technical processes, and best practices
- Provides technical vision, proactively identifies and mitigates risks across the project
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Experience with React, TypeScript
- Strong experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar once
- Ensures secure, scalable, and performant architecture across the solution
- Excellent communication, including direct collaboration with clients and team management
- Acts as a technical mentor, defines team culture and skill growth
- Leads Agile processes and fosters Agile mindset across the team
- Owns product delivery, architecture, and development team success
- Responsible for documentation standards and technical vision consistency
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements
- Provide system or technical development expertise to the team
- Write well-documented quality, highly maintainable, and performing code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment
- Ensure the code follows the latest coding practices and industry standards
- Investigate and resolve application issues bottlenecks and inefficiencies Conduct and participate in code reviews that span multiple languages and applications
- Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and feedback as well as conducting design sessions, assisting in code deployments and day-to-day operations
- Regularly dive into the architecture, code, test plans, project plans, etc.
- Perform code reviews to ensure performance
- Provide effort estimations
- Identify, investigate, solve, and fix software problems
- Work in close contact with team members and project stakeholders on the customer’s site
- Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
- Create technical specifications for new products, executing from start to finish, and owning the quality of the service in production
