P99soft is seeking an experienced Lead React.js Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with expertise in React.js and a proven track record of leading teams in delivering high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of React.js developers in designing and implementing scalable front-end solutions.
• Architect and develop complex web applications using React.js.
• Define and implement best practices for front-end development and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
• Proven experience in leading teams and projects in React.js development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries/frameworks (such as Redux).
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
