Job Description

As a Media Analyst, you will be responsible for controlling negotiations, reporting on investment, volumes and commissions, seeking opportunities and raising alerts. You will also be responsible for connecting different dashboards, extracting information and analyzing data. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and experience in generating reports on investment, negotiations, media, competition, commissions, and volumes. You will also be responsible for assisting the finance team with any media-related reports and building dashboard templates. You will be the point of contact between the agency and the provider, ensuring that dashboards are developed to the required standards. You will also be responsible for connecting the reporting dashboards for the digital team and providing support to planners. This role requires a strong understanding of media and digital marketing, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, statistics, processes or similar
  • 2 years of experience in the position
  • Experience in generating different reports requested by region (investment, negotiations, media, competition, commissions, volumes, among others)
  • Control of investments for each brand by media type to identify opportunities
  • Assist and coordinate with the finance team any report related to media
  • Construction of dashboard templates and be in contact with the provider in the development of dashboards and be the point of control between agency-provider
  • In charge of connecting the reporting dashboards of the digital team and providing support to planners
  • Diagnosis of the taxonomy of traders
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in the development of reports, data analysis, handling tables, numerical facility and adaptation to digital tools.
  • Ideally with knowledge and management of dashboards, pivot tables, macros, etc.

Descripción del empleo

Responsable del control de negociaciones, reportes de inversión, volúmenes y comisiones, búsqueda de oportunidades y levantamiento de alertas. Encargado de la conexión de los diferentes dashboard, extracción de información y análisis.

Requisitos

1-Bachillerado en Publicidad, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera a fin.

2- Dominio de herramientas:Excel Avanzado, Estadística, procesos o similar.

3- Dos años de experiencia en el puesto

4- Experiencia laboral  en generación de los diferentes reportes solicitados por región (Inversión, negociaciones, medios, competencia, comisiones, volúmenes, entre otros).

5-Control de las inversiones por cada una de las marcas por tipo de medios para la búsqueda de oportunidades.

6-Asistir y coordinar con el equipo de finanzas cualquier reporte relacionado a medios.

7-Construcción de template de dashboards y estar en contacto con el proveerdor en la elaboración de los dashboard y ser el punto de control entre agencia-proveedor

8-Encargado de las conexiones de los Dashboard de reporting del equipo digital y dar soporte a los planners.

9-Diagnóstico de la taxonomía de traders

Información adicional

Conocimiento en la elaboración de reportes, análisis de datos, manejo de tablas, facilidad numérica y de adaptación en herramientas digitales. Idealmente con conocimiento y manejo de dashboard, tablas dinámicas, macros, etc.
