The Office Coordinator will manage daily operations at the Evolution reception, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, managing the biometric system and visitor registration, coordinating administrative records (parking, etc.), assisting with meeting planning, dealing with customer issues, supplier management, and daily purchases. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company policies, cooperating with security, and performing other duties as assigned by direct managers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Lithuanian, possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The role requires multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
