Job Description

As Operations Coordinator (Used Cars), you'll play a key role in expanding the Used Cars business in Belgium. Responsibilities include managing used car inventory from intake to retail listing, collaborating with sales, service, and delivery teams to optimize processes, investigating and resolving operational issues, developing and optimizing processes, tracking KPIs, managing escalations, creating business cases, and supporting inventory-related projects. You'll need strong organizational skills, data analysis abilities (proficiency in Excel), and the ability to build cross-functional relationships. Experience in complex operational environments and with vehicle/inventory management is preferred.

Must have:

3+ years experience in complex operations
Proficient in Excel & data analysis
Exceptional organizational skills
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Problem-solving and process optimization
Valid driver's license
Fluent in English

Good to have:

Experience with vehicles/inventory
Fluency in Dutch and/or French

What to Expect

As Operations Coordinator (Used Cars), you are a high-performing, detail-oriented member of the Used Car team and will play an integral role in expanding and growing our Used Cars business in Belgium. You will ensure the seamless organization, coordination and execution of all day-to-day used car-related operations: i.e. intake, refurbishment, finished logistics and other relevant sales & delivery needs, as required.

You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, and a natural problem solver with a data driven approach. You can operate independently, and in close cooperation with the Used, Retail Sales & Delivery Leadership in the Benelux Region.

What You’ll Do

You will own the used inventory overview of your market from the point of used vehicles entering inventory, through to successfully transporting and listing vehicles for retail

You will collaborate with local sales, service, and delivery teams to optimize cross-functional processes (i.e vehicle refurbishment & delivery)

You will investigate issues and processes, identify constraints and root causes and work with various departments to identify improvements and drive solutions
