We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming Netflix original TV (Dutch-language) series shooting in the Netherlands. This is a key leadership role overseeing the entire post-production pipeline from dailies through delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Post-Production Supervisor on multiple scripted productions (preferably high-end TV or streaming).
• Deep understanding of Netflix delivery specs and workflows.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Available to begin mid-May and commit through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Workflow Oversight
  • Develop and maintain the post-production schedule in coordination with producers and production management.
  • Oversee editorial timelines, review schedules, and delivery deadlines.
  • Manage dailies processing and distribution (on-site and remote access).
  • Coordinate with VFX, sound, music, and color departments to keep workflows aligned.
• Budget & Resource Management
  • Track and manage the post-production budget.
  • Hire and manage freelance post staff, if needed (assistant editors, post PAs, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with post-production vendors and facilities.
• Vendor & Studio Liaison
  • Serve as the main point of contact between production, Netflix, and all post vendors (e.g. labs, sound studios, VFX houses, colorists).
  • Ensure compliance with Netflix’s technical delivery standards and QC processes.
• Editorial Supervision
  • Oversee offline editorial process: media management, turnovers, locking cuts.
  • Monitor picture lock progress and communicate updates with all departments.
  • Organize and lead post-related meetings (spotting sessions, QC reviews, etc.).
• Final Delivery & Archival
  • Manage and coordinate final deliverables (picture, sound, metadata, paperwork).
  • Ensure all assets are correctly delivered to Netflix via their Content Hub.
  • Oversee archiving and wrap-out process per studio specs.
