Salary: $56,000 - $82,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

We are looking for a Producer to join our in-house Network Team at Ramsey Solutions. This team produces 7 YouTube shows with over 88 million monthly views, and teaching materials for everyone in every walk of life.

As a Producer for Ramsey Solutions Network, you will help develop the vision, guide the planning, lead the production, and deliver the final content for our Ramsey Network programming.  You will partner closely with Ramsey Personalities, Brand Leaders, and Business Units to bring our shows to life!

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You are a consumer of our Network shows and a fan of the content we produce
• You have 4+ years of onset experience.
• You have 2+ years of experience as a Producer
• You have foundational knowledge of YouTube production
• You have the ability to execute a vision and bring ideas to life, while also being able to hit deadlines and deliver on time
• You have a high-level of detail and desire to do things with excellence

What Winning Looks Like:

• Partner with the team to continue bringing life-changing content to our viewers
• Oversee all aspects of content planning, production, and programing
• Research to become fluent in current trends for engaging original programming
• Work with the team to develop show rundown, promotional materials, and new segments
• Conduct testing to determine successful content and applying learnings to original programming to accelerate growth
• Speak into the look, tone, and feel of the show to bring real, relevant, and relatable content
• Create effective communication between multiple Business Units, the Brand, Production Team, and Distribution Team.
• Oversee post-production workflow, manage edits, and partner with the creative team members on all deliverables
